The learning session featured the results of the COVID PULSE PH chatbot survey that was conducted by ZEP2030 and UNDP Philippines to give poor families a voice on how to achieve a Better Normal for them. The social innovation startup AI4GOV also demonstrated how chatbots have been used to improve local government services, assess poverty, and even support COVID-19 surveillance. An interactive session allowed participants to imagine how they can use chatbots to improve their reach and impact. Chatbot for Social Good was held on June 23 via Zoom.
