The Antipolo Seminary Foundation, Inc. (ASF), established in 1992 by the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer-Vice Province of Manila, provides financial and technical assistance to community-based organizations serving the most abandoned poor. Proposals from small-scale community-based projects are accepted all-year round.
Deliberation on proposals takes place every quarter. As an initial requirement, non-profit organizations must submit concept papers or letter requests containing the following:
• Brief project description
• Project budget
• Contact details of proponent
