Compliance to AF’s membership requirements

1. AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (AFS) 

  • For members that follow a calendar year reporting, please submit your AFS ending December 31, 2020.
  • For members that follow a fiscal year reporting, please submit your AFS for FY2019-2020 (if you have not submitted this yet) and FY2020-2021 if available already.

2. GIS FOR THE YEAR 2021. Kindly submit a copy of your GIS for 2021 if available already.

NOTE ON AFS AND GIS SUBMISSION: In view of health protocols, we request submission of AFS and GIS to be made by email at afsecretariat@gmail.com. If the reports do not bear the actual receiving stamps of BIR or SEC, kindly include a copy of any proof of submission (e.g., cover letter of filing via email, or acknowledgement email from BIR/SEC, or a copy of the SEC-SENS receipt).

3. ANNUAL DUES PAYMENT. May we remind those who have not settled their annual dues yet to kindly do so already. For those who have already settled their dues but have not received a corresponding OR yet, kindly resend a copy of the deposit slip at afsecretariat@gmail.com
