The 2015 National Expenditure Program (NEP) has been released by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the list of approved Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Process (GPB) projects may be downloaded though this link: 2015 GPB Projects.

A summary of the 2015 GPB projects may be seen here: 2015 GPB summary.

The Association of Foundations supports the GPB — an empowering process where citizens identify, jointly with the local government officials, specific priority projects that would address the poverty situation in their area and they together ask the national government to provide funds for these projects. See the statement of support “GPB – Participatory Local Governance at Work.”
