Perception Survey of CSOs on Government and Civil Society 2015‏

The Caucus of Development NGO Networks (CODE-NGO) invites CSO organizations to participate in the Perception Survey of CSOs on Government and Civil Society 2015.

This is a 10 to 15-minute survey  with questions (all 5-point rating scale) pertaining to the respondent’s satisfaction with the local and national governments, trust level with government officials and institutions, and perception of the state of civil society in the Philippines.

The online survey may be accessed and answered from this link:

Kindly note that all questions, except Question 19, are required to be answered in order to get a robust data to be analyzed. It is requested that the respondents provide some contact/profile details to get a geographical distribution for demographic analysis and sharing of survey results. Please be ensured that the data will be aggregated and no particular respondent will be identified with the responses.

It will be appreciated if you, CSO organizations could complete the survey by November 5, 2015.  CODE-NGO hopes to get a good number of respondents from each of their 12 member networks so that particular regions or sectors of the CSO community will be well represented in the survey respondents, and thus in the survey results.

The topline/ initial results of the survey will be presented on November 12, 2015 in Cebu as part of the Social Development Celebration (SDC) 2015.

All respondents will be included in a raffle to choose three (3) winners One Thousand Pesos (P1,000) each.  The winners will be announced also on November 12 in Cebu.
