INVITATION: AF opens application for LEAD to Serve – Program Management short course

In the 2024 Membership Satisfaction Survey of the Association of Foundations (AF), 37% of the 150 members expressed that they are looking forward to more capacity-building opportunities for their employees. Recognizing the increasingly complex environment for NGO practice, AF recognized the importance of continuing the program management course to help address the current and future talent gaps in the NGO sector.

The LEAD to Serve – Program Management Course is meticulously crafted to cater to the learning requirements of entry-level NGO practitioners. This short course will be fully delivered online with eight (8) sessions over two months (June to July). It aims to equip the participants with basic competencies needed to manage development programs, projects, and activities effectively.

This course is aligned with AF’s commitment to nurturing highly proficient NGO leaders capable of spearheading impactful and sustainable development initiatives.
