On 22 March 2023, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto and SFI President Mark L. Yu signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Pasig City Hall to formalize a partnership under the Tugon sa Gutom Program. Among the main outputs stated in the MOU was establishing a communal vegetable garden in Ilugin, Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City from which vegetables will be sourced for a community-based feeding program.
