Be part of the pool that formally mentors LEAD to Serve Course participants for about a year to become an effective leader and an agent for positive change.
What to expect
On average, the LEAD to Serve mentor is expected to dedicate about 40-50 person-hours for a year including an orientation session and mutually-agreed meetings with the mentee. A LEAD to Serve mentor is a process consultant with expertise in technical or management areas, and interpersonal and consulting skills.
Other than the fulfillment in touching other people’s lives, a mentor is expected to expand learning, build connections and practice mentoring.
